From the beginning, our knowledgeable consultants will meet with you and discuss your current communication and workflow technology, ask in depth questions to determine how to optimize your processes and work with your budget to create a seamless technology solution that connects the right people with the right technology to achieve your desired outcomes.

We will put a team together to engineer your solution, complete a full needs assessment, review your current infrastructure and create a plan to implement your new technology.

Your project manager will ensure that we stay on task to complete your project timely, on budget and will coordinate all phases from beginning to end so you have one point of contact.  As the technology solution is installed by our trained and certified technicians, our Design and Education Coordinators will create a comprehensive education package for your organization including documentation and in-person training.

Once your project is complete, our Client Experience team members will ensure you have on-going support to solve issues, assist with ordering, repairs, arrange for additional training or answer questions as they arise.
