COVID 19 RESPONSE FROM IDEACOM MID-AMERICA

Ideacom Mid-America is closely monitoring and assessing the COVID-19 situation. Our top priority is to protect the well-being of our employees, suppliers, customers and the community at large while continuing to deliver quality solutions and services to our clients. Ideacom Mid-America has implemented an aggressive plan including reducing staff to critical need only within our office and implementing remote working options where applicable with the goal of keeping our employees safe and healthy while maintaining our critical service capabilities. We are here to help and will be able to meet the needs of clients.

Sales:  Our sales team will be accessible by phone or email and will continue to serve you.  We have restricted all non-essential travel for the next two weeks. Many customers prefer communicating via technology such as video chat, email or conference calls during this time, which we are effectively leveraging. If necessary, we will arrange to meet in person, following all CDC recommended safety guidelines.

Manufacturing and Supply Chain: We are in frequent communication with our supply chain.  We have experienced a minimum impact at this time. We are working with vendors to create rapid deployment emergency technology such as rapid deployable nurse call, telehealth and remote monitoring to assist our healthcare clients.

Service and Support: We are still here to help! This includes remote, email and telephone for assistance and critical on-site services. While on site, we will follow the health and safety standards of both Ideacom Mid-America and our clients.

Operations: Consistent with the recent CDC and WHO recommendations on social distancing, our employees are working from home where possible.

With these proactive steps, we are trying to do our part to assist in the community efforts to keep our employees, their families and our clients safe while we continue to serve our customers and other stakeholders to the best of our ability.
